Hi, I’m Rob.
For a long time, I was living a life that looked right from the outside.
I had a successful career as an Agile Coach, a good income, and a path that made sense on paper.
But underneath, something didn’t feel right.
Part of that showed up through burnout and frustration with work.
But it was broader than that.
Over time, I became more disconnected – not just from other people, but from myself. The life I was living no longer felt true, but I didn’t yet know what came next.
Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore.
I started questioning everything – my direction, my identity, what success meant to me, and what I actually wanted from life.
The hardest part was not just that something was ending.
It was that I had no clear answer for what came next.
For a while, I found myself in that in-between space – not able to go back, but not yet clear where I was going.
It was disorienting, painful, and at times deeply hard.
But slowly, things began to shift.
Through reflection, support, and giving myself space to figure things out, I started to reconnect with what actually mattered – meaning, connection, honesty, and a way of living that felt more aligned.
I began to see that the challenge wasn’t just about changing direction, but about understanding myself more deeply – and allowing something new to emerge from that.
That process is what led me into this work.
Now, I support people who feel lost, disoriented, or unsure what comes next after a major life change.
Because I know how unsettling that space can feel – and how powerful it is to have someone alongside you as you move through it.
How I Hold This Work
I don’t see transitions as problems to solve.
I see them as thresholds.
Moments where an old way of being is dissolving, and a new one hasn’t fully formed yet.
These spaces can feel uncertain, disorienting, even painful.
But they can also be rich with meaning.
In our work together, I bring:
Calm presence
Deep listening
Psychological insight
Structure where needed
Space where needed
You don’t need fixing.
You need clarity, steadiness, and room to find your footing.
My Approach
-
At the heart of my coaching is presence, compassion, and real relationship. This is a space where you can bring what feels true – your fears, doubts, longings, confusion, and the parts of yourself you may not say out loud elsewhere.
I believe change happens more easily when we feel safe enough to be honest. Coaching with me can become a place to practise showing up more fully as yourself – and then taking that honesty back into your relationships, your work, and your life.
-
I work with clients who are asking life’s deeper questions – about meaning, identity, freedom, purpose, and how they want to live.
Together, we explore what matters most to you. Through these conversations, you can begin to clarify your values, reconnect with your inner compass, and move through change with greater honesty, steadiness, and direction.
-
Embodiment and mindfulness are important parts of how I work. Transitions are not just something we think through – they’re something we live through in body as well as mind.
We may bring attention to your body, your nervous system, and the emotional signals that often go unheard. We may also use mindfulness or simple grounding practices to help you feel more present, steady, and connected to yourself.
Where useful, sessions can include brief meditation or reflective practices – not as an escape from life, but as a way of meeting it more clearly.
-
I don’t see people in isolation from the worlds they live in. Our choices, struggles, and transitions are shaped not only by personality or mindset, but also by family, culture, work, relationships, power, and the wider systems around us.
Sometimes what feels like a personal problem is also a response to the environment you’ve been trying to live in. Looking systemically can bring compassion, perspective, and a more honest understanding of what you’re carrying.
-
I don’t believe one lens explains everything. Every person’s transition is different, so I draw from a range of perspectives to meet you where you are.
That might include existential reflection, relational depth, embodiment, mindfulness, or more practical structure when needed. The aim is not to force you into a method, but to find the approach that best supports what you’re moving through.
My work is guided by the belief that real change is rarely one-dimensional. It involves mind, body, identity, history, values, and context – and I want the coaching to reflect that complexity.

Beyond Coaching
Outside of formal training, I’m drawn to the kinds of spaces and practices that help people slow down and come back to themselves.
For me, that includes meditation, depth psychology, contemplative practice, long walks by the sea or in nature, and the kinds of books that ask deeper questions about identity, meaning, and how to live.
I’ve also spent time in spaces shaped by altered-state and plant medicine work, and I know how powerfully those experiences can intersect with identity, direction, and life transition.
Movement matters to me too – whether that’s the gym, running, or dancing.
Transitions are not just something we think through. They’re something we live through, in body as well as mind.
These influences shape how I hold this work: not as something to fix quickly, but as something to move through with presence, honesty, and grounded support.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I didn’t come to this work because everything in my life was smooth.
Like many people I work with, I’ve experienced periods where life changed in ways I didn’t expect.
Times of identity shift.
Times of uncertainty.
Times of rebuilding.
Those moments taught me something important:
Clarity doesn’t come from rushing.
It comes from staying present long enough to understand what’s changing, who you are now, and what really matters.
That’s the space I now hold for others.
If you’re going through a major life change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Whether you’re in an ending, the in-between, or trying to make sense of what comes next, I’d be glad to speak with you.
